Although your surgeon and the facility may be in-network with your insurance, Allen Anesthesia, which bills for its own services, may or may not be a participating provider. This may affect your coverage level for professional services. Allen Anesthesia participates with many of the major health insurance plans. Based on your policy coverage for in- and out-of-network benefits, your insurance company determines which services are covered and to what extent benefits are paid. Allen Anesthesia has no control over how each insurance carrier determines coverage or payment. Because each policy is different, our physicians are not able to tell you whether, or to what extent, treatment options may be covered by your insurance policy.
